However, we do support genuine issues and ensure fair resolution.

- Taste preference or personal dislike
- Ordered by mistake
- Change of mind after delivery
- Product opened/used after delivery
✅ Valid reasons eligible for refund / replacement
- Wrong product delivered
- Package damaged during transit
- Missing items in the order
- Quality issue (reported within a reasonable time with proof)
How to raise a request
Please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.
For faster processing, share clear photos of the package/product where applicable.
Order cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refund timeline
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within
7 working days to the original payment method.
