We respect your privacy. You can request deletion of your personal data collected through the ThaaimaiFoods app/website.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to contact@thaaimaifoods.in with the subject: Data Deletion Request - ThaaimaiFoods
- Include the required details listed below.
- We will verify the request and process it within 7 working days.
Required details (must)
- Registered phone number used while placing the order
- Order number (if available)
- Your full name
- Reason (optional)
Tip
If you have multiple orders, mention the latest order number for faster verification.
What data we delete
- Customer name
- Phone number
- Delivery address
- Email address (if provided)
- Order notes (if any)
Note
After deletion, you may not be able to track old orders using the same details.
Data we may retain (legal requirements)
Certain transaction records may be retained for compliance with applicable laws (such as taxation, accounting, fraud prevention, or audit requirements). In such cases, we will retain only what is necessary and secure it appropriately.
